This 1987 AIDS Action Committee Public Service Announcement aired on WBZ-TV 4 during the peak of the AIDS crisis in Boston. In 1986-1987, the AIDS Action Committee worked to advance sexual education via ad campaigns. Television announcements, such as this one, were aimed at combating stereotypes surrounding the AIDS epidemic and promoted condom use as a means to reduce the risk of AIDS.
