Teen Pregnancy Prevention Program brochure (ca. 1995)
This pamphlet provides information about the “Teen Pregnancy Prevention Program” of Latino Youth/Juventud Latina 2000, a program established by LAH in 1995 to educate adolescents from Dorchester, Roxbury, and the Jamaica Plain area on the rapid rate of teen pregnancy and HIV/AIDS prevention. Latino Youth 2000 aimed to reduce the number of teen pregnancies among Latino youth, reduce risky sexual behavior, promote the delay of sexual activity in adolescents, and increase youths’ access to comprehensive health and sexual education services.
