Art

Functioning as a showplace for the plastic arts, the Museum of the National Center for Afro-American Artists serves as a companion to the NCAAA. Since its inception, the Museum has been in the vanguard of African American art, exhibiting work by new and established African American artists. In addition, the Museum has presented noteworthy exhibitions of African arts, fostering pride in the heritage of the African American community.
